As part of Creative Routes, artsdepot's annual project with local Barnet primary schools Year 4 children from Brunswick Park Primary School worked with Felterskelter. Over several weeks they studied and drew microbes, then developed felt pieces on the theme of viruses and bacteria to tie in with a Fungus the Bogeyman theatre show at artsdepot. The pieces incorporating threads, yarn, textile and melted plastic, as well as hand-dyeing and shibori techniques, were exhibited at the Apthorp Gallery in 2008.
